Clocking in over 50 years in the biz, Zanuck recently told Variety the secrets behind making it in Hollywood, saying, quote:

"You have to be able to take rejection. You have to really be able to look in the mirror and ask yourself, 'How many doors have to be slammed in my face?' Because if you're not up to that, you'll get eaten up... The secret is, don't give up. If it's a great idea, it somehow will break through."
