Many instructors might find it difficult working in 1 or 2 kick shields into a large class. This video shows a simple example of how to keep everyone training with 1 or 2 kick shields.
The key principles to take note of are:
i. Kick shields have can multiple people striking them at one time (one after the other in quick succession).
ii. You must have everyone in the class working on something.
With some pre-planning, one can ensure 1 or 2 kick shields can be valuable even in a large class.
