France has observed a nationwide minute of silence on the third day of mourning for the 84 victims of the Nice truck attack. The country was still reeling from the attack as Interior Minister Bernard Cazeneuve announced that internal security had been boosted, but stressed that there was “no zero risk.” Dan Williams has the story from Paris.
