This is my first contest entry for Pinkstylist's Villains in Vogue! (which by the way is an awesome idea and I stayed with a disney villain cause I LOVE disney) I hope you enjoy it!
i made my horns from cones and wrapped hair extensions around them with purple ribbon. For the costume i just bought some foam type material from Michael's craft store and cut and shaped it into a collar!
