Now that the holidays are over and it is now January, our lives are starting to slow down just a bit. I'm trying to use some of this time to stock up on some freezer meals so that when life gets busy again, I can just grab something from the freezer and have a quick meal. Hopefully you enjoy this video of this super simple lasagna recipe.
Cheese Mixture:
16 oz Ricotta
1 Egg
2 c Shredded Mozzarella
3/4 c Shredded Parmesan
1-2 t Italian Seasoning
1/2 t Salt
1/4 t Pepper
1 lb Browned Ground Beef
1 Jar Pasta Sauce
Noodles - I use oven ready
Cheese Topping Mixture:
1/3 c Shredded Parmesan
2/3 c Shredded Mozzarella
