Create the perfect fruit platter arrangement.

📄 FRUIT PLATTER
INGREDIENTS:
4 - 5 oranges
4 - 5 apples
4 tangerines
4 kiwis
200g ( 7oz ) grapes
1 strawberry in the middle
METHOD:
Plate size: 27cm / 10.6 inch.
1. Wash all fruits thoroughly.
2. Cut oranges into twelve equal parts and arrange them
around the plate with space between each piece for apples.
3. Core apples and cut them into twelve equal parts. Arrange them into
the spaces between the oranges.
4. Peel the tangerines, divide them into pieces and arrange them
side by side on the plate.
5. Cut off the top of the apple, place the tangerine pieces on it
and put one strawberry in the middle. Place in the centre of the plate.
6. Peel the kiwis, cut them into four equal parts and place them
in betwen the tangerine pieces.
7. Finally, arrange the grapes between the apple, orange and the tangerine line.
