• १ चमचा गरम मसाला

We already have seen anda masla recipe. But today’s recipe is a real quick one. This is a perfect lock down recipe and need very few ingredients. We don’t even need to boil eggs separately. You can try this recipe at home and drop a comment for me. Do not forget to like, share and subscribe.
Ingredients:
• 3 tsp Oil
• Finely chopped Onion
• Finely chopped Tomato
• 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic paste
• Red chilli powder
• 1 tsp Garam masala
• 1 tsp Coriander powder
• 1 tsp Besan
• Water
• Salt to taste
• 6 Eggs
• Black pepper powder
• Finely chopped Coriander leaves
Method:
• Heat up oil in a pan. 
• Add onion and fry until it gets light golden color. 
• When onion begins to turn light golden add tomato, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, garam 
  masala, coriander powder and mix well. 
• You can use kala masla, kanda lasun masala, pavbhaji masala or any other masala that is 
  available with you. 
• Fry everything well for another 4-5 minutes. 
• Move the masala aside in the pan and add besan in the remaining space. 
• Besan helps to make masala homogenous and gives nice texture to it. 
• Fry besan for about a minute and then mix it with the masala. 
• Add water, salt and mix well. Bring it to boil and simmer for about 5 minutes. 
• Turn the heat to low and break eggs in the gravy. 
• Sprinkle black pepper powder on each egg. 
• Cover and cook on low to medium heat for about 7-8 minutes. 
• Remove the lid and insert a tooth pick in egg. 
• If it comes out clean it means the eggs are cooked. 
• Turn off the gas and garnish with coriander leaves. 
• Instant egg masala is all ready. 
• Scoop out one egg and enjoy it with bread toast.
