She follows two CapitaLand facilities managers, as they share on what it takes to be a FM, their motivation force in this profession, and further elaborating on the importance of their job scope - describing it as a building doctor taking care of the well-being of the building and its occupants. From the distinctive building enhancement projects shown in this video, we can see how the FMs play an important role in the whole life cycle of the building -- by consistently improving it to keep it competitive. Besides latest technology know-how, FMs also have to be dynamic and sociable i.e. enjoy meeting tenants and enjoy daily trouble-shoot learning.
