INGREDIENTS:
Stuffing:-
4 medium-size boiled and mashed potatoes
1 tsp salt, as per taste
1/2 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
2 tsp full coriander powder
3/4 tsp dry mango powder
1/2 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
1 tbsp imli chutney (khatti- mithi)
Batter:-
1 cup gram flour (besan)
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
1/8 tsp baking soda
water
Other Ingredients:-
200 gm large green chillies
oil for frying
