In this episode, I interviewed Sonia Constant, Givaudan perfumer and co-founder and 'nose' of Ella K. We talked about how she balances her commitments to her employer with the job of creating scents for her own brand. We discussed how she feels about not being able to reveal that she's the composer of several high-profile releases. And we had a sniff of one of her latest Ella K perfumes: Reflet Sue L'Okavango.
