The third and final movement, beautiful and impressive in the format of theme and variations.
Unfortunately this sheet music doesn't go very well with a harpsichord recording, being a later revision for piano, but it's the only sheet music I could find that's public domain.
I should note that this work is disputed. It might not have been composed by Pergolesi, but in any publication I can find it it's under his name.
