This video is complete discussion on Islam and Human Rights.
Video begins with Rights of Life. Then there is reference of Ayat of Quran and Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Ayat 31 of Surah Almaida and Article 3 of UDHR are same to same. The Right to Life is very important in Islam which is proved by Quranic Ayat and its also the basic Right mentioned in UDHR.
The discussion is about the Equality. Islam emphasize on Equality like Ayat 13 of Surah Hujrat and Last Sermon of Prophet Muhammad PBUH. The Equality also mentioned in Article one of the UDHR.
Then I discussed about the Right to Respect of Human Being. In Ayat # 11 and Ayat 23 of Surah Hujrat and Alnoor respectively, Allah Tala emphasize on the respect of Human Being. Article 1 and 12 of UDHR are also talked about respect of human being.
Then, I will cover two topics. 1. Right to protection of Private property 2. Right to protection of Private life. In both topics I shall compare QURAN and HADITH or HADEES with the articles of Universal Declaration of Human Rights or UDHR.
Ayat 188 of Surah Baqra says that Do not consume one another's wealth unjustly, nor deliberately bribe authorities in order to devour a portion of others' property, knowing that it is a sin.
Prophet Muhammad PBUH said that, A person who is killed while protecting his property will be a martyr or Shaheed.
Article 17 of UDHR have similar words, Everyone has the right to own property alone as well as in association with others. No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his property.
After establishing the compatibility of Human rights in Islam as the right of protection of private property, Than I discuss the right of protection of Personal life.
Ayat 27 & 28 Surah Al Noor says,
Enter not houses other than your own, until you have asked permission and greeted those in them; that is better for you, in order that you may remember. And if you find no one therein, still enter not until permission has been given. And if you are asked to go back, go back, for it is purer for you. It has been proved that the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and QURAN and HADITH or HADEES have same words about the right of personal property and the right of personal life.
Then, we shall discuss the Justice system of Islam in reference to QURAN and HADITH or HADEES. Then we will compare it with the articles of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights or UDHR.
Ayat 58 of Surah Al-Nisa says , Indeed, Allah commands you to return trusts to their rightful owners; 1 and when you judge between people, judge with fairness. What a noble commandment from Allah to you! Surely Allah is All-Hearing, All-Seeing.
Ayat 29 of Surah Aeraf says, Say: My Lord enjoineth justice. And set your faces upright (toward Him) at every place of worship and call upon Him, making religion pure for Him (only). As He brought you into being, so return .
Article 6 of Universal declaration of Human Rights says,
Everyone has the right to recognition everywhere as a person before the law.


we shall discuss the Labour Rights in Islam in reference to QURAN and HADITH or HADEES. Then we will compare it with the articles of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights or UDHR.
Prophet Hazrat Muhammad PBUH said, A worker should not be hired without fixing his wages.
Article 23 of UDHR has similar words,

we shall discuss the movements Rights in Islam in reference to QURAN and HADITH or HADEES. Then we will compare it with the articles of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights or UDHR.
Ayat 11 of Suah Inam says, Say, “Travel throughout the land and see the fate of the deniers.”
According to Article 13 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights,

Article 21 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) says,
1. Everyone has the right to take part in the government of his country, directly or through freely chosen representatives.
Hazrat Muhammad PBUH says, The best Jihad is for the person who says the right words in front of the sultan when he deviates from the right.
Article 21 of International Convent on Civil and political Rights says ,
The right of peaceful assembly shall be recognized in Islam and UDHR.
Right of Education is basis of Islam and also important rights of UDHR.
