Infosys Fires 195 More Trainees | 800 Terminated So Far | What's Going On?

Описание: Infosys has recently terminated an additional 195 trainees at its Mysuru campus, bringing the total number of dismissals to 250. These terminations were due to the trainees not meeting the qualifying criteria in the company's internal assessments. In response, Infosys is offering affected individuals alternative career paths, including a 12-week training program for potential roles in its Business Process Management (BPM) division. Trainees opting out of this program will receive a one-month ex-gratia payment, a relieving letter, transportation assistance, and accommodation support until their departure.​
