Government Schemes On Elementary Education
We can not decided destination without education but surely after being educated we can make our own parts which are leading to the destination and be successful.
SCHEMES-
● Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan
● Mid Day Meal
● National Programme For Education Of Girls At Elementary Education (NPEGEL)
● Right To Education Act (RTE):
1- Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan: This is the one of the biggest project in India which was introduced in 2001. This is the flagship programme for the children to get Universal Elementary Education (UEE).
The program is mainly useful for children between the ages of 6 to 10 which aims to universalize education and improve its quality by time-bound implementation. It includes children from all social classes.
2- National Programme For Education Of Girls At Elementary Education (NPEGEL):
This program was started in July 2003 and this program is a significant component of SSA.
This program has been initiated by the government of India to reach was especially, the girls were not going to school for studying due to some reasons.
3- Mid Day Meal Scheme: This plan was launched in 1995 to provide midday meals to children studying in primary class.
The main objective of this program was to eliminate class from hunger of children and to increase attendance and enrollment of children day at schools.
4- Right To Education Act (RTE): This Act was enacted in 2009. Education for every child between 6 and 14 years a fundamental right. Therefore, children got the right to receive free elementary education that means that no child has to pay any kind of charges for free to complete education up to elementary level.
