3/4 cup Cocoa Powder
1/2 tsp Coffee
1 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
1 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1 1/2 c Brown Sugar
1/2 c Vegetable Oil
1 3/4 c + 2 tbsp Milk
1 tbsp Vinegar

Chocolate Pudding:
4 tbsp Cocoa
6 tbsp White Sugar
2 1/2 c Milk
3 tbsp Cornstarch
1 tbsp Butter

Chocolate Ganache:
1 cup All Purpose Cream
1 cup Dark Chocolate

Chocolate Shard:
200 g Dark Chocolate
