A clip of what I do for physical conditioning. It’s a quick workout to build stamina and endurance.
Currently performing each of the following exercises for 5 minute increments.
1. Exercise bike
2. Weighted sled push/ pull
3. Rowing machine
4. Ski machine
5. Farmers walk
