Welcome to a new multi part series covering various brand new buses and trains in their early days and weeks of service, part 1 is Xpress Travel SK71CLF.
A large scale rail replacement operation was taking place in Leeds over the new year period while track work was taking place with various companies drafted in to run the replacement buses, Xpress Travel were one such company using a couple of coaches and this brand new ADL Enviro 400MMC. This is SK71CLF working a service on behalf of TransPennine Express between Leeds and Huddersfield via Dewsbury, unfortunately for me the driver had the radio on which was playing through the speakers.
