It's in the Signs Stockholm Northern Defense

Описание: In the first episode of our cool new exploration travel show, Chris visits the Karby and Sollentuna battery fortification system, part of Stockholm's permanent defense, built from around 1901 through 1922. The "Outer H" line construction was funded by individuals and groups such as the Palmqvist Foundation for Stockholm's Fortification and the Society for Stockholm's Permanent Defense. There are two lines, one northern and one southern. Both lines were primarily infantry positions with support batteries, arranged across advantageous landscape.

The sites today are all in disrepair and have not been used since 1952.
Still, the "sausage" shaped domed trenches are still in place in many locations, and make great adventure targets.

"It's in the Signs" travels to several examples around the Karby battery, viewing the various states they're in today. From rough mounds in the ground, to fully covered cement domes. Check it out!

The Sollentuna fortifications are also visited, although briefly as they're not in very interesting shape.
