A member of the Black Pistons Motorcycle Club was arrested Wednesday night in downtown Kingston following an assault investigation. The arrest unfolded near the Landmark Condos on Ontario Street, where multiple Kingston Police cruisers and about seven motorcycles belonging to the Black Pistons were seen gathered.

Witnesses described a calm but noticeable police presence, with the area partially cordoned off. According to Kingston Police, the arrest stemmed from a previous assault incident and was not connected to the condo building or downtown area. Authorities emphasized the incident was isolated.

The suspect's motorcycle was towed from the scene, as the owner was taken into custody. The Black Pistons, a group that describes itself as a brotherhood, has not commented on the incident.

Randall Foster, the 36-year-old president of the Outlaws Motorcycle Club’s Anniston chapter, was killed in a fatal crash last month, cutting short a leadership run many in the outlaw biker world believed would last decades.

Foster died in the early hours of May 19 after losing control of his Harley-Davidson and colliding with a garbage truck on U.S. 231, just outside Pell City. He had just left a nearby restaurant. Known among his peers for his big heart and loyalty, Foster was considered a rising figure within the Outlaws MC’s national ranks.

He leaves behind his wife and three daughters.
