This method is often called “Katasuki Therapy” (pronunciation may vary), and it’s surprisingly simple.

Whenever anxiety hits, instead of scrolling on Instagram:
Wash a few utensils
Clean one drawer
Declutter a cupboard
Clean one corner of the room
