Tension coefficient method is derived from method of joints of truss analysis.. In tension coefficient method, equilibrium conditions are applied at the at jpints having maximum three unknown forces in terms of tension coefficient. After calculating tension coefficient, we can get final foce in member by multiplying length and tension coeffient of respective member.
