What if Animal Crossing forgot to be cute? (Hokko Life Review)

Описание: Hokko Life is the poor man's Animal Crossing. While it is definitely not atrocious, it is impossible to play this (especially with how it markets itself) and not draw comparisons to Animal Crossing. After getting a solid impression of the game, I have to say that this very much copied rather than iterated on the formulas that Animal Crossing has set out. It falls along the lines of Tormented Souls being a cheap copy of Resident Evil in that regard.

In this review I try to show as much as I can for anyone interested in buying the game to fill the void left by getting to the end game in ACNH, as well as provide a different look at a game that I think a lot of people will see on Steam but not a lot of people will ever end up buying. Maybe thats for the better? Who knows.

Also, its worth mentioning when this does happen but it literally never matters for me (I have a few devs that I think have blacklisted me because I wasn't very positive in my reviews) but I did receive a key from the developer for this game so I did not pay for it, however if you've watched the video and even the title alone... I'm sure you can tell that holds no weight over my reviews lol
