PDI CStore Essentials, formally CStorePro, is the store operations management system built specifically for independent c-store operators.
This training video will go into further details on how category retailing works and how you can still get inventory control at the category level (i.e. beer, cigs, tobacco, drinks, tax, non tax) without item level retailing. This training video builds on what you learned in Part 3. This method is very effective for stores who are not scanning, have an inventory company perform store inventory on a monthly or quarterly bases, or do not have the time or overhead to manage item level inventory.
