Hey guys! Welcome to my channel! In today's video I will be sharing with you a new video for my series where I am testing out hair growth techniques on my natural hair! These techniques are suppose to help your hair grow fast and long. I test them out and I let you know if they are worth trying. Today I am testing out potato juice for rapid hair growth. This is a technique that sooo many of you wanted me to try! I never even thought of using potato juice to help with hair growth or using it as a DIY treatment. I was pleasantly surprised at how much I like this technique and how well my natural hair responded to it. Potatoes are filled with nutrition and vitamins that help stimulate your hair follicles and promote healthy hair growth. I tried this out a few times and the only thing I did not like was that it I have to remake the potato juice every time I want to do the treatment. Other than that I really enjoyed this technique and it left my hair soft and hydrated! Let me know what your thoughts and if this is something you are interested in trying! THINGS NEEDED FOR HAIR GROWTH DIY (How to Grow Hair Faster Technique)

Knife
Water
Applicator Bottle- http://amzn.to/2gFK05V
Shower Cap or Plastic Bag- http://amzn.to/2hON5BF

Directions-
Wash the potato (I used two but only needed one) then peel off skin. Chop the potato into small pieces. Put potato slices into blender then blend. If it is difficult to blend add a cup of water. Blend as much as possible so you will not have to use a strainer. Use a strainer if it is not blended well enough and pour juice into an applicator bottle. Then apply juice to scalp. Massage into scalp and put on shower cap or plastic bag on head. Leave juice on hair for 20 to 25 minutes. Rinse with water. Continue with shampoo and conditioner (optional).
