It was 1979 in Atlanta, Georgia and young boys and girls would begin to go missing. In 2 years, 28 victims would have their lives taken but who had done this? The police didn't seem to even want to acknowledge these murders happening or that they could be connected. But once this case was brought to the media, the public immediately demanded answers. A stakeout would occur near a bridge where detectives believed that the bodies were being dumped. This is when they would come across Wayne Williams. Was he a serial killer they happened to catch in the process of dumping a body? Or was he an innocent man in the wrong place at the wrong time? Were these 28 victims all murdered by the same killer? If not, did that mean that some were still out on the street?
