Oh my gosh, a LOT happened. So at around 12:02 they announced they would be doing the siren test soon. And we wait until around 12:06 and they don't tone, so I called the EMA and they said they're working on it. And I text the EMA on facebook and gave them the location, waited about 30 seconds and I hear the Standby tone! We all jump in success and it goes off! Enjoy the video.
