Описание: Join me on a walk round the edge of Lima Golf Club, an enormous green space in the posh district of San Isidro in the heart of Lima, the capital of Peru. But it is a private space in a city of 8m that desperately lacks public parks. So early every morning, before the traffic builds up, hundreds of local people walk and jog in the pavement (sidewalk) around its perimeter. It's a crazy situation that highlights the way in inequality of power skews in favour of private interests over public interests in Latin America.
