Potato Harumaki (Spring Roll Japanese Style)
Ingredients
・30g glass noodles
・2 shiitake mushrooms
・2 green peppers
・150g potatoes
・100g thinly sliced pork
・10cc sesame oil
・2g chicken broth stock powder
・15cc sake
・15cc soy sauce
・10cc oyster sauce
・10g potato starch
・20cc water
・10 spring roll wrappers
・10g flour
・15cc water
・Appropriate amount of oil
Recipe
・Soak the glass noodles into hot water.
・Slice the shiitake mushrooms into about 2mm.
・Cut the green pepper into about 3mm wide slice.
・Cut the potato into 5mm stick.
・Cut the glass noodles into 2cm.
・Cut the thinly sliced pork into 1cm.
・Add sesame oil to preheated pan.Then pork add and cook.
・After pork is cooked thoroughly,Add shiitake mushrooms, green pepper, potato and stir-fry.
・Add chicken broth stock powder, sake, soy sauce, oyster sauce and cook.
・Add glass noodles and cook about 2min.
・Potato starch and water, mix well.Then into pan and cook.
・Turn off heat, transfer the filling to bat and cool.
・Flour and water, mix well.
・Wrap the filling with spring roll wrappers.Put paste on the seam.
・Deep-fry in oil at 180°C (356°F) until brown.
