Time to get the Shipping Container Cabin or Bunkie looking like more than a shipping can.
We get the 2x3 strapping on the walls fastened to the can and rough in both AC and DC power. Next step will be insulating and vapor barrier. Coming along fast now.
We are Kirk and Jessica. A couple years ago we decided that the life we were living was not the life we wanted. Are we against technology? Not at all. We are building our own off-grid (Power Grid) homestead and are starting down the road to producing as much of our own food that we can. We will use technology where we can, but the main goal is to live a life that makes us happy. Follow along on this journey and see where it leads us.
