Becoming more widely accepted, Marijuana has now made its way from the streets to the kitchen and one thing is becoming obvious; this isn't just medicine or for recreation - this is an ingredient, and it's pretty damn versatile. As Chef Michael Magallanes explains his Culinary approach to Cannabis, I reminisce on the humble beginnings of cooking with Cannabis. The smell of my first batch of high school weed brownies comes to mind. They were no doubt horrible, filled with bits of herb, and nothing in comparison to my dinner with The Opulent Chef.
