Aerial Lyra Definitions:
The Lyra is like a clock, the top where the spanset is, is 12 o'clock, then going to the left is 1 o'clock, 2 o'clock, 3 o'clock and so on all the way around to 11 o'clock. You know where to position your hands and feet by knowing where it is on the clock. Example) 1 o'clock and 11 o'clock is where you place your hands going into a double knee hock on the top bar.
