but this was one of those “didn’t feel like it, did it anyway” days.
🏋️♀️ Full-Body Workout (Glute-Biased)
• Glute-bias hyperextensions — 3 sets
• Leg lifts (core) — 3–4 sets
• Cable pulldowns (back) — 3–4 sets
• Smith machine back squats — 3 sets
• Cable ab crunch — 3–4 sets
Nothing fancy.
No hype.
Just showing up and getting it done.
