According to the passenger, airport luggage trolleys are officially free, and neither the government nor airport authorities charge for their use. However, he claims that trolleys are deliberately kept in limited numbers and stored in specific locations, making them hard to find for arriving passengers.
As a result, some individuals allegedly demand illegal payments ranging from PKR 1,000 to PKR 5,000 just to provide a luggage trolley — something that should be free for everyone.
