Описание: The Reddings was an American Funk, Soul and Disco band, founded by Otis Redding's sons Dexter (bass and vocals) and Otis Redding III (guitar) together with Mark Lockett (drums, keys, and lead vocal). Here are all 3 members including Johnny Lockett, Ralph "Magic" Hawkins, Tony T. Thomas, Wilfred Harrison, David Farrell, and Ron Panaska (think I may have misspelled the name of the last band member) in a STEAMIN' HOT Live concert!

New York had STUDIO 54 and XENON, Los Angeles had FLIPPERS, Paris (France) had PALACE, Utrecht (Netherlands) had CARTOUCHE, Leuven in Belgium had MANHATTAN CLUB, a club according to American standard. At the back of '82 The Reddings we're invited to play at the Manhattan Club - the band had just released their LP "Steamin' Hot" on Russell Timmons label Believe In A Dream (distributed by CBS).

The late Rick James is joined onstage - apparently he was in Belgium to promote his LP "Throwin' Down". Enjoy the full lenght show in the best quality possible considering this is a tape recording from 1982. A whooping 90 minutes of funk from The Reddings with songs from the bands first three LP's.
