Scope & Content: Cadets are inspected at West Point. Troops fire rifles on a range and scale a wall in skirmish formation. Artillery pieces are drawn into parade and drill formations. Cavalry units ride over hurdles and through wooded areas. Artillery pieces are advanced, loaded, and fired during a sham battle. Cavalry troopers pack their horses, are inspected, and, led by Gen. Funston, depart from Galveston, Tex., to occupy parts of Mexico.
