Welp, the title says it all. Today, we did a full mile of #lunges.
Want a killer #bodyweightworkout and challenge? Tackle this one. Do #bodyweightlunges for a full mile.
It's doable, but sneaky hard. We ended up doing over 1,400+ lunges for this workout/challenge (Nikki def did more because of her short legs, lol).
Try this mile lunge challenge if you're in need of a killer bodyweight burn. The only guidelines are:
1. No sitting to rest
2. Keep rest times manageable and not incredibly long
3. Map out a FULL mile
