Initially, I drove through Matsukawa Village, a rural area in the Azumi Basin. Matsukawa Village is a small village with a population of less than 10,000, but it boasts beautiful mountains and tranquil rural scenery, making it a popular destination for people moving from the city.
Later, I entered Ikeda Town. As I entered the mountainous area, the landscape became a desolate mountain village, and the road gradually became steeper. Towards the end of the journey, the road narrowed to a point where it was difficult for two cars to pass each other.
