Central Administrative Tribunal is a statutory body for civil servants who are belonging to central Government.
it was established in the year 1976 by Indian Parliament (42nd amendment) Article 323A.
66 Members (1 chairman Appointed By Prime Minister, 16 Vice Chairmans) + 49 Members. Members will be in combination of both Administrative and Judicial Background. chairman will be a retired chief Justice of any of high court in India. Selected for 5 years or 68 years whichever is earlier.

Civil Servants can easily get justice
Case Burden of courts will be reduced
Easy and speedy resolution.
