Описание: As Singapore enters a super-aged society, more seniors are attending training and picking up new skills to stay relevant in the job market. Employers are also looking towards hiring older workers amid labour shortages. But experts say upskilling remains key. Over 3,000 seniors aged 60 and above have taken part in Workforce Singapore's Career Conversion Programme from 2020 to 2025. Singapore will raise its retirement age to 65 and re-employment age to 70 by 2030. Ivy Chok reports.
