Ingredients and Written Recipe :
For Dough :
150g Maida
Salt to taste
1/4 cup Pure ghee
Mix it well then add lemon juice & water
Knead medium soft dough.
Cover & rest for 30 min.

Small bay leaf
Small piece of cinnamon stick
7-8 cloves
1 tbsp Fennel seeds
2 tbsp sesame seeds
Roast it on slow flame for 2-3 min.
Let it cool completely.

1/2 cup Mix Namkeen
1/2 cup Tikha gathiya / Ratlami sev
1 cup Bhavnagari gathiya / Besan sev
3 tbsp Sugar
take it in mixer jar & Grind it.

Take it into bowl
Add chopped kaju ,badam & kishmish.
1/4 tsp Black pepper pwd
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp Asafoetida
1/2 tsp Raw mango pwd
1 tbsp Kashmiri chilli powder
1/2 tsp Garam masala
1 tsp Dhaniya pwd
1/4 tsp Turmeric pwd
3-4 tbsp Sweet Chutney
1 tbsp Disano Extra light olive oil
Mix it well & Make small balls.

Knead prepared dough & tale ball size dough.
press it & make the shape of poori with hand.
Keep stuffing ball & make kachori.
Fry it in medium hot oil until it is golden brown & crispy.
Let it cool completely then store it in air tight container.😊👍
