The ZVEX Vibrophase is a five knob four stage analog phaser. It is a condensed ‘pedal’ version of the Candela Vibrophase from ZVEX, a unique solid brass art sculpture / effects unit. Like its big brother the audio path of Vibrophase is entirely analog. In a departure from the Candela's Steam Steam Punk ethos, ZVEX employed digital micro-controller technology to expand the range of the ‘speed’ control. They also added unique ‘High Bias’ and ‘Low Limit’ controls. These knobs ‘voice’ the effect by selecting the range of frequencies that are swept.
