CDES ရဲ့ သုတေသနလုပ်ငန်းစဉ်မှာ ပါဝင်တဲ့ ငြိမ်းချမ်းရေးဖြစ်စဉ်နှင့် ဘာသာရေးခေါင်းဆောင်များ၏ အခန်းကဏ္ဍ ဆိုတဲ့ အကြောင်းအရာနဲ့ မိတ်ဆက်ပေးလိုပါတယ်။
ကျနော်တို့တိုင်းပြည်ဟာ လူမျိုးပေါင်းစုံ၊ သာသာတရားပေါင်းစုံနဲ့ ဖွဲ့စည်းတည်ဆောက်ထားတဲ့ နိုင်ငံဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
ကျနော်တို့ တိုင်းပြည်ရဲ့ ငြိမ်းချမ်းရေးဖော်ဆောင်တဲ့နေရာမှာ လူထုတစ်ရပ်လုံး ပါဝင်ဖို့ လိုအပ်ပါတယ်။
အထူးသဖြင့် လူထုတစ်ရပ်လုံးကို မေတ္တာတရား၊ သစ္စာတရား၊ သမ္မာတရားတို့နဲ့ ဦးဆောင်လမ်းညွှန်မှုပေးနေတဲ့ ဘာဘာရေးခေါင်းဆောင်ကြီးများ ပါဝင်ဖို့ လိုအပ်ပါတယ်။ ဘာသာရေးခေါင်းဆောင်ကြီးများဟာ နိုင်ငံရေးသမားတွေလို အာဏာကို အသုံးပြုပြီး ဦးဆောင်တဲ့ သူတွေမဟုတ်ပါဘူး။ မေတ္တာတရားနဲ့ သစ္စာတရားတို့အပေါ် အခြေခံပြီး လူထုကို ဆွဲဆောင်သူများ ဖြစ်ကြပါတယ်။ ဒါကြောင့် တိဗက်ဘုန်းတော်ကြီး ဒလိုင်းလားမားရဲ့အဆိုအရ ဘာသာရေးခေါင်းဆောင်တွေရဲ့ ဩဇာဟာ မေတ္တာတရား၊ သစ္စာတရားနဲ့ သမ္မာတရားတို့အပေါ်မှာ အခြေခံတယ်လို့ ဆိုခဲ့ခြင်း ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

ဒီအစီအစဉ်အတွက် ဘာသာသာသနာအသီးသီးက ဘာသာရေးခေါင်းဆောင်တစ်ချို့ကို တွေ့ဆုံမေးမြန်းထားပါတယ်။ တွေ့ဆုံမေးမြန်းချက်တစ်ခုချင်းစီရဲ့ အပြည့်အစုံကို အပတ်တိုင်း CDES Facebook Page ကနေ တင်ဆက်ပေးသွားပါမယ်။စာအုပ်နဲ့လည်း ပုံနှိပ်ထုတ်ဝေမှာ ဖြစ်ပေမယ့် ဒီ COVID-19 ကာလမှာ အလွယ်တကူ လေ့လာလို့ အဆင်ပြေအောင် Video နဲ့ တင်ဆက်ပေးတာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ COVID-19 ဟာ ကမ္ဘာ့ကပ်ရောဂါဖြစ်တဲ့အလျောက် တစ်ကမ္ဘာလုံးက ကြိုးစားပူးပေါင်းပြီး ကျော်လွှားနိုင်ဖို့ ကြိုးစားနေကြပါတယ်။ ဒီကပ်ရောဂါကြီးကို မုချ ကျော်လွှားနိုင်မှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ဒီကပ်ရောဂါကြီးကို ကျော်လွန်တဲ့ တစ်နေ့ကျရင် နိုင်ငံတိုင်းရဲ့ အရေးကြီးက ကိုယ့်ပြည်အတွင်းအရေးဘဲ ဖြစ်ကျန်နေမှာပါ။
ကျနော်တို့တိုင်းပြည်မှာ ပြည်သူလူထုရဲ့ အသက်အိုးအိမ်စည်းစိမ်ကို အထိခိုက်စေဆုံး ကပ်ရောဂါက ပြည်တွင်းစစ်ဘဲ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ဒီပြည်တွင်းစစ်ကပ်ရောဂါကြီးကို တစ်ခြားနိုင်ငံတွေက လာရောက် ဖြေရှင်းလို့ မရပါဘူး။ ဒီတိုင်းပြည်အတွင်းက ပြည်သူလူထုကသာ ကုသပျောက်ကင်းစေနိုင်မှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

CDES က တင်ဆက်လိုက်တဲ့ အစီအစဉ်ကို ကြည့်ပြီး အနာဂတ်အတွက် ပိုကောင်းသင့်လျော်တဲ့ အတွေးအမြင်သစ်များ ရပါစေ၊ ပိုကောင်းတဲ့ ပြည်ထောင်စုဖြစ်ပေါ်လာရေးအတွက် အကျိုးရှိပါစေလို့ ဆန္ဒပြုပါတယ်။

We would like to introduce one of the CDES’ research agendas: The role of religious leaders in peace process.
Our country is formed with multi-ethnicities and multi-religions. The involvement of all the people in the peacebuilding is very important in our country. Especially, the involvement of religious leaders who are teaching and leading the people through love and truth is important. Unlike the politicians, the religious leaders don’t use political power in leadership.
Instead, they influence the people through love and truth. Therefore, according to his Holiness Dalai Lama, “the influence of religious leaders put its foundation on love and truth.” For this program, we conducted interviews with different religious leaders.
Each full-interview will be posted on CDES Facebook weekly. It will also be published in paper. For the sake of convenience, during the COVID-19 pandemic, we are first releasing in videos. As the COVID-19 is the global pandemic, it’s been taken action in global measure. Sooner or later, we surely will overcome this pandemic. In the end of the pandemic, each nation’s priority will remain on its domestic issues. The greatest pandemic that affects the most the livelihoods of our country is the Civil War. This civil war pandemic will not be cured by outsiders’ vaccines. The vaccine is on the shoulders of the people of this country.
