How many miles can you ride on your 2016 Zero DSR?
The most common question I receive when talking to someone about the 2016 Zero DSR Electric Motorcycle is, "How far can you go on a charge?" Well, I figured it was time to find out. I decided to set a few guidelines for my ride. My target average speed was 35 mph. I wanted to do my best to stay below 45 mph on any given part of the trip. I did manage a very well rounded ride with a lot of flat roads, uphills and downhills. I also rode on a wide variety of asphalt, loose gravel, and dirt.
Being that this bike is a dual sport I wanted to make sure that my real world range test included as many different terrains as I could in my local area.
