As a part of our knowledge sharing platform - Eye for Quality, We opened our doors to participants last weekend for a 3-day, Immersive Hands-On Workshop designed to help eye hospitals strengthen their safety frameworks, clinical workflows, and quality systems.
The workshop program focused on:
Magic of SOP and meticulous documentation
Infection prevention & control
Surgery and Anesthesia safety & surgical checklist
Medication safety and effective communication
Incident reporting, KPIs & audit culture
Kaizen and continuous quality improvement
Participants from eye hospitals observed real-time protocols, practiced standardized processes, and experienced how well-designed systems reduce errors, elevate outcomes, and build lasting patient trust.
