The iconic 2B+G+82 storey twin towers, which is today the Tallest Building in the World - Hotel was completed in November 2012, to dominate the surroundings and provide a dramatic introduction to the Business bay area. It is the Worlds tallest dedicated hotel at a height of 355.35m, securing its place in the Guinness World Records 2013 and thus making it one of the Worlds Tallest Building.

This flagship project for Emirates Airlines Hotel Division when got initiated had a brief to have a big hotel to cater to its evergrowing business guests and thus shaped into today one of the Worlds Tallest Building with 1380 Standard guest rooms, 240 Suites, 4 Presidential suites, a Banquet hall, an Auditorium, 18 Shops, 19 Restaurants and a Spa and status

A pool of talented Best Architects in the World developed the Concept, the form of which was inspired by the date palm - a symbol deeply entrenched in the Arabian culture. The towers are symmetrically placed on the 7-storey high podium to get the best views of the Burj Khalifa, Business Bay and the sea. The podium houses all the public areas, restaurants, banquet hall and the essential back of house areas. The grand entrance lobby is 4 floors high and overlooks the Business Bay. The 1000-capacity banquet hall has an independent access for smooth functioning. The podium terrace has one of the largest spas in Dubai and is beautifully landscaped with gardens and swimming pool and thus its magnanimity makes it standing graciously amongst tallest building in the world.
The delicate forms and detailing by the Best Architects in the World, on the exterior belie the sophisticated engineering and technological inputs within the Tallest Building in the World. The structural design has undergone rigorous testing and rechecking on computer-generated models and wind-tunnel tests. The electro-mechanical design is also of the highest standards befitting the Tallest Building in the World which aspires to set the benchmark for hotels in the region.
