INGREDIENTS

1/2 kg potatoes (aloo)
250 gm carrots (gajar)
250 gm cauliflower (gobhi)
3 capsicum (shimla mirchi)
1 bowl green peas (matar)
Salt as per taste
1 tsp red chilly pd
1tsp gram masala
1tspcoriander pd
3 tsp pav bhaji masala
2 onions chopped
2 green chillies chopped
5/6 tsp butter
1tsp cumin (zeera)
2 tsp ginger garlic paste (lasun adrak paste)
4/5 tomatoes finely chopped
Oil
Coriander leaves cleaned n washed n chopped
