Easy way to cook
Ingredients
Kathal
Green chilli
Onion
Tej Patta
Jeera
Hing
Tomato
Meat masala
Salt
Mustard oil
Turmeric powder
Masala
Garlic
Ginger
Jeera
Dhanya
White Pepper
Red chilli
Procedure
Prepare the kathal as shown in the video
Wash it well
Chop green chilli and onion
Heat the cooker
Add mustard oil
Add Tej Patta hing and jeera
Add green chilli and onion
Sauté for few minutes
Now add kathal and fry
Add the masala, turmeric powder, salt, and mix everything
After that, add meat masala
Mix everything and water and pressure cook it
