Ingredients:
6 slices of bread (white or whole wheat)
200 gm boneless chicken
1/2 cup finely chopped mixed vegetables (such as carrots, bell peppers, and red chilies )
2 eggs
1 teaspoon mayonnaise
1 teaspoon ginger and garlic paste
1 teaspoon tomato ketchup
1 cheese slice or grated cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
1 cup bread crumbs
Butter or oil for frying
