Of course this ain't an official record...
There are a few videos that also try to beat the record but nearly all af them use non Lego electronics which is totally different to what I am doing.
The record we broke (29 kmh) was set by myself about a year ago...
There are no "free to download instructions" if you want to replicate it you could slow the video down by × 0.25 and build it... You can buy the necessary parts used, on Bricklink or on Letbricks.
