The power meter set is sold with PES cranks, which have a 24mm steel spindle that will make it immediately compatible with most modern Shimano groupsets. The added bonus is being able to easily get shorter length cranks with the set. The kicker? It's available at an unbelievably cheap price of $300 or ₹33,000 in India, and yes, that includes the crank arms too! You could also get the TEO P515 power meter set - the crank arms are HI MOD Carbon and they have a 29mm 7075 aluminum spindle.
